Setting Your Intentions

As we approach the dawn of a new year, I invite you to take a moment to reflect on the one we are wrapping up.

Where did you find your joy this year?

What are you most proud of?

Is there anything you’d like to leave behind?

In a few days we’ll step into 2024, on a Monday, just like any other. But the symbolism of a new year can also be helpful for gaining perspective and a sense of purpose. I encourage you to venture into the new year with intention. This can be a word, a goal, a habit–anything you find useful to remind you of what you value and how you want to spend you time this year. Consider these questions in setting your intention:

  • Where do you want to spend your energy in 2024?

  • Who are the people who lift you up, encouraging you to be your best self?

  • Is there something you’d like to look back on with pride this time next year?

What intentions would you like to set for 2024? Let me know!

Warmly,

Kate
