We offer practical, affirming dating and relationship support through coaching and classes, with a focus on building confidence, communication skills, boundaries, and self-understanding around dating, relationships, and intimacy.







Dating + Relationship Coaching
Dating + Relationship Coaching offers individualized, supportive coaching tailored to your goals, learning style, and questions. You’re invited to bring your hopes, challenges, and real-life dating or relationship experiences into sessions. Together, we’ll focus on building on your strengths and identifying tools and strategies that feel practical and sustainable.
Sessions may include conversation, reflection, and targeted skill-building to support confidence, communication, and safety in dating and relationships.
We support people across a wide range of identities, relationship structures, and experiences, including those exploring dating for the first time or navigating change later in life. Our coaches are trained in identity-affirming, sex-positive practice and have experience supporting queer, trans, nonbinary, and questioning individuals, as well as people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Dating Lab is a small-group, skills-based series for adults who want support with dating. Discuss real-life questions and build tools to help you navigate connection in ways that feel right for you. No topic is taboo, and content is adapted to your needs and pace.

The Dating Lab: Online Dating for Real Connection
Join Dr. Kat Pheysey for a class on navigating online dating. This session will explore how to create a profile that reflects who you are, recognize compatible matches, and set healthy boundaries while dating. Participants will receive practical feedback and tips to support meaningful, real-world connections.
The class also covers strategies for staying safe while connecting with others, all within a supportive and affirming environment.
