How does coaching work?

Our coaches start by getting to know you. We believe a real relationship is the foundation of everything that follows.


Together we'll explore your interests, your values, and what you actually want your life to look like. What gets you up in the morning? What are you working toward? What does success look like when it's built around the way you think and work?


From there we'll map out practical steps to build skills and make progress toward your goals. You'll always be able to see how far you've come — and there's room to adjust course when things shift, because they will.

Life skills coaching is not a replacement for therapy. It's a complement to the work you may already be doing with a therapist — helping you put the strategies you're discussing into practice in your day-to-day life, with real support and accountability along the way.
