How does it work?
Our Life Skills Coaches start by getting to know you. We firmly believe that a relationship is the first step to successful collaboration. Through this process, we'll work to understand your interests and goals and use creative techniques to identify your passions and values. What gets you up in the morning? What are you longing for? What helps you to feel like your most authentic self?
Together we'll define your unique version of success.
Once we know where we're headed, we'll define practical steps to build skills and map your direction to start achieving your personal goals
This approach allows you to chart your progress as you go so you’ll always know how far you’ve come. It also creates space for adjusting your course if and when your goals change along the way. You’ll also learn skills to help you keep your cool when feelings of overwhelm arise. Afterall, adulting can be hard and you’re doing this for the first time. So is everyone else!
