DATING SUPPORT
Dating can feel confusing or overwhelming—especially when it seems like everyone else has a rulebook you missed. You’re not alone, and support can help.
We offer practical, affirming dating and relationship support through coaching and classes, with a focus on building confidence, communication skills, boundaries, and self-understanding around dating, relationships, and intimacy.

Dating + Relationship Coaching
Dating + Relationship Coaching offers individualized, supportive coaching tailored to your goals, learning style, and questions. You’re invited to bring your hopes, challenges, and real-life dating or relationship experiences into sessions. Together, we’ll focus on building on your strengths and identifying tools and strategies that feel practical and sustainable.
Sessions may include conversation, reflection, and targeted skill-building to support confidence, communication, and safety in dating and relationships.
We support people across a wide range of identities, relationship structures, and experiences, including those exploring dating for the first time or navigating change later in life. Our coaches are trained in identity-affirming, sex-positive practice and have experience supporting queer, trans, nonbinary, and questioning individuals, as well as people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
