The Mindset begins with Foundations of Mindful Living, where you’ll learn a series of foundational mindfulness techniques and get a feel for how they fit into your everyday life. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to select and explore the modules (below) that align with your specific goals, preferences and learning style. This personalized approach allows you to choose the models that best fit your needs in order to delve deeper into the areas of mindfulness that resonate most. By offering this flexibility, you can tailor your learning experience and focus on the topics most beneficial for your personal growth and development, starting exactly where you are, right now.
Participants also have access to The Mindset Labs, group opportunities to put their skills into action.
The Mindset instructors teach a series of skills including grounding techniques, breath work, meditation and mental reframing to cultivate a key set of mindfulness strategies. As you learn and strengthen your abilities with each skill, you will learn essential strategies to:

Foundations of Mindful Living:
Learn the core principles of mindfulness and explore how to integrate these principles into your everyday life. Through experiential exercises and discussions, you will discover practical ways to bring mindfulness to daily activities, relationships, and self-care routines.
This module is designed to help you develop a mindful awareness of thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, to support stress reduction and emotional regulation. Here you’ll learn to observe experiences without judgment, gain self-understanding and recognize stress triggers. This can empower you to respond effectively, regulate emotions, and foster a supportive internal environment for stress management.
Applying Mindfulness to Communication:
In this segment, you’ll learn and practice mindful communication techniques to improve your daily interactions. The focus is on skills such as mindful listening, empathetic communication, and non-reactivity. By enhancing your relationships and reducing conflicts, you’ll also cultivate empathy and achieve positive outcomes whether connecting with acquaintances or the people you care about the most.
Mindful Decision Making:
Making conscious choices aligned with personal values and goals is essential for well-being. By introducing mindfulness as a valuable tool for decision-making, you will learn to cultivate clarity, awareness, and non-reactivity. Through tailored techniques, you will develop the ability to make thoughtful and empowered choices that contribute to the realization of your set goals. You’ll also build the skills and mindset necessary to navigate the decision-making process with greater mindfulness and intention, leading to increased personal fulfillment and success.
Mindfulness for Self-Compassion:
Self-compassion is a vital aspect of mindful living. Here you’ll explore strategies to cultivate self-acceptance, self-care, and self-compassion. You’ll learn ways to embrace imperfections, manage self-criticism, and the tools to develop a nurturing relationship with the most important person in your life, yourself.
Cultivating a Mindful Life:
This module is designed to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life. By learning techniques to establish a regular meditation practice, incorporate mindful moments into your routines, and sustain long-term engagement with mindful living, you will develop sustainable mindfulness habits that reach far beyond our program. Additionally, this module aims to guide you in integrating mindfulness into daily activities such as eating, walking, and connecting with nature. The target outcome is for you to feel at ease in the present moment and equipped with the skills you need to apply mindfulness strategies to your daily life.
Classes are person-centered and enrollment is ongoing. Duration and frequency can be adapted to individual needs, attention and availability.
Typically classes are 1-1.5 hours and take place 1-2 times per week. Labs are 2 hours and take place weekly.
